Shipping policy

Chamelostudio ships to addresses within metropolitan France only. We do not currently dispatch orders to other countries or to French overseas territories.

Order handling
Orders placed before the end of a business day are prepared on the next business day. Handling takes 1 to 2 business days. This is the time between your order confirmation and the moment your parcel leaves our premises; it does not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery within metropolitan France takes 3 to 5 business days. We use Colissimo, Chronopost, or Colis Privé, depending on the size and destination of your order. You will receive a tracking number by email when your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free for all orders delivered within metropolitan France. No shipping charge is added at checkout.

What happens if delivery is delayed
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, contact us at info@chamelostudio.com with your order number. We will open an inquiry with the carrier. Please note that once a parcel is in the carrier’s network, the actual delivery date can be affected by conditions outside our control; we will stay involved until the matter is resolved.

This policy should be read together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, which explains the statutory right of withdrawal that applies to distance sales in France as well as the practical return arrangements Chamelostudio has put in place.
