These terms apply to purchases made on . By placing an order, you agree to the version of these terms published on the site at the time of the order.

Who we are
Chamelostudio is an independent online retail business based at 37 Chemin des Treuyes, 06200 Nice, France. The brand and the website are operated by the same business. Chamelostudio sells its own selection of products; it does not act as a marketplace for other sellers.

Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you and cancel that part of the order; any amount already captured for the unavailable item will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include French VAT. Shipping within metropolitan France is free. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Delivery
We deliver within metropolitan France only. Handling takes 1 to 2 business days; delivery after dispatch takes 3 to 5 business days. The full Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.

Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt. The Returns & Refunds Policy sets out the statutory right of withdrawal under French law, the procedure for returning an item, the free return shipping arrangement, and the refund timeline. That policy forms part of these terms, and nothing in these terms reduces the statutory rights described there.

Your use of the site
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to interfere with its normal operation, and not to submit false information when placing an order. We may suspend or cancel an order if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate or that the transaction is fraudulent.

Our content
The text, photographs, layout, and branding on  belong to Chamelostudio or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce its content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law, including liability for defective products or for failure to comply with consumer protection rules. Subject to that, Chamelostudio is responsible for direct losses caused by its breach of these terms, but not for indirect losses such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity.

Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute arises, you may contact us first at info@chamelostudio.com. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the applicable courts are those determined by French procedural rules, and you retain any right to use a mediator or the European online dispute resolution platform where applicable.
